About us

Alex Peltekian & Thea Bos 

In 1990 we started Traiterie de Dis on Terschelling, on West. After a great ten years with Traiterie de Dis, we decided it was time for something new: organizing wine tastings and cooking workshops. This is something we still do on request, as well as the catering of parties.

Currently Alex travels by boat to Friesland on a daily basis, where he works as chairman of the college board at Gearhing, a school community. Thea works as a psychosocial supervisor of students at the NOVA College MBO Maritime Academy in Harlingen and sometimes works as a chef / sailor aboard MS Clair de Lune in Paris.

We love the Burgundian life, eat and drink at long tables with friends, meet new people and enjoy the island life to the fullest.
